Summary

1. Operator. Valeev Artem Romanovich, a self-employed individual (professional income tax payer, Russia), INN 772096286443. Data questions: support@patchbay.ru.
2. What we process. Your email address; device identifiers (name, platform, app version); payment metadata (provider payment and subscription ids, amounts, dates, statuses); technical logs (IP, timestamp, response code); anonymous website statistics. Card details never reach us — they are handled by YooKassa.
3. What we cannot read. Vault contents — hosts, keys, snippets, settings — are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your master password. We store opaque encrypted blocks only, and cannot read, restore or disclose them.
4. Why. Authentication; running the Pro cloud services; taking payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds plus the related accounting; service emails; security and incident investigation.
5. Legal basis. Your consent given at sign-up, performance of the contract (the public offer) and obligations under Russian law.
6. Where and how long. Databases with personal data of Russian citizens are hosted in Russia (Federal Law 152-FZ, art. 18 § 5). Account data is kept until you delete the account, with backups purged within 30 days; payment records are kept for the period required by Russian accounting law; technical logs for up to 90 days.
7. Sharing. Only with the payment providers (YooKassa, CryptoBot) and only as far as a payment or refund requires, plus disclosures to state authorities where the law demands it. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
8. Your rights. Request information about the processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data; delete your account together with the uploaded encrypted data from the app (Settings → Account); withdraw your consent by writing to support@patchbay.ru — the app keeps working locally afterwards.
9. Cookies. The website sets no cookies of its own. Yandex.Metrica collects anonymous visit statistics on patchbay.ru; the app itself sends no telemetry.
